Criminal defense attorney Taylor Chatting

Taylor Chatting

Taylor Chatting began her career at the Orange/Osceola Public Defender’s Office, which represents indigent people in criminal cases, involuntary mental health and addictions commitments, and juvenile delinquency cases. It was here, while fighting to protect the rights of the most vulnerable defendants in the criminal justice system, that Taylor forged her legal skills and passion for justice.

As the courtroom advocate for hundreds of marginalized Central Floridians accused of crimes ranging from first-offense misdemeanors to repeat felony offenders, Taylor learned to build strong relationships with her clients based on trust and communication. And she knew that to do the very best for her clients, she needed to be the most well-prepared attorney in the courtroom.

When she moved to Dallas, she joined one of the largest and most prominent criminal defense firms in Texas. As a member of the Texas Bar, she honed her experience defending the accused in a wide range of criminal matters such as traffic offenses, DUIs, theft, drug offenses, firearms offenses, sex offenses, violations of probation, RICO charges, and more. She has earned praise and gratitude for her determination to ensure that her clients are afforded every right of due process to which they are entitled under our Constitution.

As a graduate of the University of Central Florida and Florida’s Top-Rated Levin College of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude, Taylor has brought her considerable talent, experience, and determination back to Central Florida and is ready to fight for you. When not defending clients, Taylor and her husband enjoy spending time at the beach and hiking with their beloved dog, Nolle.
